All prices on www.bysarahlykke.dk is in Danish kroner (DKK) and includes VAT.
You can pay with the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, Apple Pay, American Express, Mobile Pay, ViaBill.
Payment is made via a secure connection. The information entered is encrypted and cannot be read by others. The card information is entered and then sent over an encrypted connection to the server. By Sarah Lykke has at no time access to your card information.
Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays is usually shipped the same day. Reservations are made for particularly busy days (Black Friday and other anniversaries). Normal delivery times for stock items are typically 1-3 working days within Denmark. We make reservations for sold-out items and will contact you if you order an item that is sold out. At By Sarah Lykke, we use GLS as a distributor, and therefore we relate to what they promise in relation to delivery. Shipping costs 40-59 DKK depending on the choice of delivery method and there is free shipping on purchases over 399 DKK on orders shipped within Denmark. When your package is sent, you will receive an email. We point out that you as a customer are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and that a possible business address is staffed during normal business hours. If this is not complied with, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for any costs from GLS with re-delivery or re-delivery.
In cases where you as customers refuse to receive the package or do not pick up the package in the GLS parcel shop, we reserve the right to invoice the customer any costs from GLS for return shipping or return.
Secure payment online
By Sarah Lykke is approved to receive payments online. Once your card details are approved, your order is approved and the actual amount is deducted from your account.
Colors and shades
We reserve the right to make nuance differences between images and the product's natural colors. At By Sarah Lykke, we try to make sure that the pictures correspond to reality.
Return and right of withdrawal
As a customer of www.bysarahlykke.dk you always have a 14 day full return policy from the day you received your package. If you have had your order sent to a parcel shop, the 14 days from the day the parcel arrived at the parcel shop are valid.
If you want to return your goods at By Sarah Lykke, the item must be in the same condition as when received, and in the case of a piece of jewelery, it must be returned in By Sarah Lykke's original jewelery box. It is a further requirement for the return of the item that it is sent by registered parcel post so that the shipment can be traced. When using the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears all costs for the shipment. You can buy your return label here.
If the item on receipt has been damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution. In cases where you as customers refuse to receive the package or do not pick up the package in the GLS parcel shop, we reserve the right to invoice the customer any costs from GLS for return shipping or return.

We point out that we do not pick up return packages at post offices or in parcel shops unless return labels are purchased through the link above. All returns must be sent directly to our business address, as indicated above. We do not accept customers at the address in Odense and refer to the fact that all returned goods are sent to the specified address.
We offer free exchange
If you want to exchange your items for another item on our webshop, we offer free exchange. Just go for it www.bysarahlykke.dk and order the items you want to exchange for. When we receive the goods you want to exchange, we will refund the amount to you.
Right of complaint
On new items, there is a 2-year warranty. This means that you can have a product replaced if it is defective due to a manufacturing defect in the product. You can therefore not have a product replaced that is defective due to normal wear and tear, accidents or incorrect use.

Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes and sold-out items. If an item is sold out, we will return as soon as possible to notify you.
At By Sarah Lykke, we will regularly hold competitions on Instagram and Facebook. If there is no feedback from the winner of a competition within 30 days, the right to receive a gift will resign, as it will be passed on to another winner.
